Weinstock, Vice President / Regional Manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $1,125,000.
Sean M. Delaney and Matthew E. Duda, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured by Matthew E. Duda and Sean M. Delaney.
Premier Self Storage is located at 54401 Independence Street and the two single tenant net-leased properties are located at 1632 Bristol Street and 1640 Bristol Street. The self-storage facility consisted of four single-story buildings with 166 storage units ranging in size from 5’x10′ to 12’x30′ and an onsite residence. The facility is 98% physically occupied. The two single tenant properties are 100 percent leased.
