Marcus & Millichap, announced the sale of Dollar Tree/Planet Fitness Anchored Center, a 38,924 square-foot retail property located in Elgin, IL, according to Stephen K. Rachman, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago O’Hare office. The asset sold for $5,250,000.
Brian Parmacek, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago O’Hare office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. Dollar Tree/Planet Fitness Anchored Center is located at 615 South Randall Road in Elgin, IL.
