Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of 2013-2019 E. Euclid Avenue, a 5,400-square foot retail property located in Mount Prospect, Illinois, according to Joe Powers, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Downtown office. The asset sold for $400,000.
Brian Parmacek and Paul Butera, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The property benefits from exceptional visibility along East Euclid Avenue and has multiple point of ingress and egress. There are four units in the center which are all occupied by New Age Care.
