Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Old Time Pottery, a 78,271-square-foot net-leased property located in West Chicago, according to Joe Powers, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Downtown office.
Nicholas Kanich, first vice president of investments in the Net Lease Group at Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Delaware-based limited liability company and repeat client. The buyer, a Delaware-based partnership, was also secured and represented by Kanich.
Old Time Pottery is located in the Mosaic Crossing Shopping Center just off of the intersection of East North Avenue and North Neltnor Boulevard in West Chicago, with visibility to over 64,000 vehicles per day.
