Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Janes Plaza, a 4,025-square-foot retail property located in Bolingbrook, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $2,240,000.
Austin Weisenbeck and Sean R. Sharko, senior vice presidents and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, represented the seller, a limited liability company and was sold to a repeat out-of-state buyer.
Janes Plaza, located at 740 Janes Avenue, is a Meijer outparcel and is situated next to MOD Pizza, Chipotle and IHOP and is directly across from The Promenade of Bolingbrook which includes Bass Pro Shops, IPIC Theaters and Macy’s.
