The Houston-based buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by a cooperating broker within the team’s database.
EZPAWN is located at 5454 W. Belmont Ave., along a retail corridor on Chicago’s Northwest Side, eight miles from the city’s Downtown Loop.
