Marcus & Millichap announced today the sale of 1200 Pratt Boulevard, an industrial property located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, according to Regional Manager Joe Powers, of the firm’s Chicago Downtown office.
The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Dylan Hyde and Peter Doughty, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office.
The asset is 32,000 square feet and leased to a single tenant who has been at the property for over 20 years.
