Dominic Sulo and Chad Lieber, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, also a private investor, was secured and represented by Sulo and Lieber.
The property is located at 3552-3564 Court Street in Pekin. The property is 100 percent leased retail with a mix of national and local tenants. It is a strong retail location within East Court Village Shopping Center along a main retail corridor. Pekin is located within the Peoria metropolitan area.
