Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Terrace Hill Golf Course, a 140-acre course located in Algonquin, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Rick Gordon and Richard Kozarits, senior associates and directors of the land and redevelopment division in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook and Encino offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. The buyer, a national and public home builder, was secured and represented by Gordon and Kozarits.
