Brett Hatcher, a senior associate and self-storage specialist for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, in March closed the sale of a 489-unit self-storage facility in Sidney, Ohio.
The facility, Lock It Up, sold for $1.4 million. Hatcher represented both the regional buyer and the Ohio seller.
