Marcus & Millichap recently negotiated the sale of a 12,268-square-foot net-leased CVS retail location in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The asset sold for more than $4.28 million.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Mitch Grant and Nicholas Kanich, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office. Josh Caruana, Indiana Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
CVS is located at 8935 E. 21st St. in Indianapolis. The CVS was built in 1996 and renovated around 2010. The property is in close proximity to Warren Central High School and a large Home Depot-anchored retail center.
