Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Portage County Health Care Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The property sold for $2.7 million.
Ray Giannini, a Seniors Housing investment specialist with The Giannini Group at Marcus & Millichap’s Seniors Housing Division in the Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Portage County, and procured the buyer.
Portage County Health Care Center is situated on 16 acres at 825 Whiting Ave. The 48-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility encompasses 81,562 square feet and provides inpatient and outpatient services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy. Originally built in 1965, the property was expanded with additions in 1985 and 1994.
