Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $6.6 million sale of a 16,700-square-foot medical office building in La Porte that is fully occupied by Northwest Health, a subsidiary of Community Health Systems.
Marcus & Millichap First Vice Presidents of Investments Frank Roti and Brett Rodgers represented the seller, an Indiana-based developer, and procured the buyer, an Indiana-based LLC specializing in medical assets.
Constructed in 2011, the facility at 600 Legacy Plaza West houses a full-service sports medicine clinic with surgery center, imaging room and aquatic therapy pool.
The Roti and Rodgers team is part of the firm’s National Healthcare Real Estate Group and recently closed other medical facility deals in Arkansas, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
