Frank Roti and Brett Rodgers, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private entity. Brian Munn from the firm’s Atlanta office procured the east coast buyer completing a 1031 exchange.
