Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 102-room Hampton Inn hotel property in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Ebrahim Valliani, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, in association with Todd Lindblom, Marcus & Millichap’s Wisconsin broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investment groups. The transaction received additional support from Michael Klar, Chris Gomes and Allan Miller of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.
The three-story hotel is situated on 3.92 acres at 1200 W. College Ave., less than three miles from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport. Property amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, business center, breakfast area and shuttle service.
