Marcus & Millichap brokers sale of 11-property Dollar Store portfolio

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of an 11-property Dollar Store Portfolio spanning five states. The portfolio traded for more than $7.8 million.

The 11-property portfolio includes eight Dollar General and three Family Dollar stores across Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Missouri and Wisconsin.

The Dollar General locations are in Midland City, Mobile, Warrior and Woodville, Alabama; Fortson and LaGrange, Georgia; and Galesville and Lake Wissota, Wisconsin. The Family Dollar stores are in Cameron, Texas; Charleston, Missouri; and Wausaukee, Wisconsin. All Dollar General assets are triple-net leased, while two of the Family Dollar properties are currently vacant. 

Marcus & Millichap’s brokers of record in Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, Texas, and Wisconsin are Eddie Greenhalgh, John Leonard, David Saverin, Tim Speck, and Todd Lindblom, respectively.
