Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of Quality Suites Lansing, a 115-room hospitality property in Lansing, Michigan.
Ebrahim Valliani, First Vice President, and Michael Klar, Senior Associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Valliani and Klar.
Chris Gomes, Executive Managing Director, and Allan Miller, Senior Vice President, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers. Steven Chaben, Broker of Record of Michigan, assisted in closing this transaction.
