Marcus & Millichap brokers sale of 136-unit multifamily property in Kenosha

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Meadowood Apartments, a 136-unit multifamily property located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. 

Ryan Engle, Andrean Angelov and Jake Lenti, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. Engle and Angelov procured the buyer. 

Meadowood Apartments is situated on 14.55 acres at 1361-1411 30th Ave. Built in 1992, 1993 and 1995, the property consists of 17 two-story, eight-unit buildings totaling 140,420 rentable square feet, with 78 two-bedroom and 58 three-bedroom units. The property is located four miles from downtown Kenosha, with access to dining, shopping, the Kenosha Metra station and Simmons Island Beach.
