Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of the Courtyard Dallas DFW Airport North/Irving, a 153-room select service hotel in Irving, Texas.
Chris Gomes and Allan Miller, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, represented the seller, a private HNWI out of California, and procured the buyer.
The hotel is off Interstate 635, close to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field. McKesson’s headquarters and Microsoft’s campus are nearby. The Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas, Toyota Music Factory, and the University of Dallas are within a short drive. Sports and entertainment venues such as AT&T Stadium, Cotton Bowl Stadium, American Airlines Center, and the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center are within proximity.
Built in 1997 and renovated in 2025, the property amenities include an on-site restaurant and bar, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, business center, mini-golf area, and courtyard with fireplace and misters. There is 1,350 square feet of meeting and event space, a complimentary airport shuttle, and free transportation to nearby restaurants.
