Marcus & Millichap facilitated the sale of a 36-unit apartment property located in Norridge, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Andrean Angelov, first vice president investments, Ryan D. Engle, senior vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, represented the seller, a private investor. Engle and Angelov also secure the buyer, also a private investor.
The property is located at 5134 N. Cumberland Avenue in Norridge, Ill and is located one mile south from the Cumberland Metra Station and is located within walking distance of Pace Bus Stops. The property is half-a-mile north of Lawrence Avenue, which features several restaurants and retail shops. The unit mix is comprised of one studio unit and 35 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units measuring approximately 550 and 750 square feet, respectively. The property features ample off-street parking and on-site laundry.
