Scott Jones, Gus Lagos and Alex Wolansky, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Both the buyer and the seller are private investors.
Legends Plaza is located at 2327 S. 57th St. Built in 1974, the 44,068-square-foot property sits on 3.05 acres and was formerly a grocery store before being redeveloped as a multi-tenant shopping center. The buyer plans to continue operating and managing the property as a multi-tenant retail center.
