Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of the 45-room Oasis Hotel in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, for $2.5 million.
Reed Gizinski, Jon Ruzicka and Joseph Ferguson, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.
Built in 1988, the 45-room Oasis Hotel is located on 2.8 acres at 600 N. Main St. in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.
The property draws a steady mix of leisure, corporate and group travelers, supported by nearby employers such as Kohler Co., Johnsonville and Sargento Foods. Just minutes from Lake Michigan, Kohler-Andrae State Park and Whistling Straits, the hotel also benefits from regional tourism and events across Sheboygan County.
