Engle, Senior Managing Director, and Andrean Angelov, Senior Vice President, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Engle and Angelov.
According to the team, the property was sold for the list price. The team also conducted several property tours and had received multiple offers from qualified investors before the property went under contract.
Pepper Valley Apartments is located at 2127 Pepper Valley Drive in Geneva. The property has convenient access to Route 38, is one and one-half miles to downtown Geneva and the Metra station and is near Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital.
