Bard Hoover and Nick Fluellen, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Yilmaz Family Trust, and procured the buyer, Evan Reifman. John Brickson, managing director in the firm’s Dallas office, secured 3-year financing at 80% loan-to-value with a national bank.
