Teddy Kenny, Aaron Kuroiwa and Austin Meeker, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, the family of the original developer, and procured the buyer, a local group out of Fort Wayne.
Built in 1995, Woodlynn Apartments comprises 84 two-bedroom, one-bath units across 68,880 rentable square feet. The 4.29-acre property is located directly across the street from Belmont Middle School and Belmont High School, two of Decatur’s top-rated public schools.
