Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Holiday Inn Express East Indianapolis, a 90-guest room hospitality property in Indianapolis.
Jasdeep Sohi, Senior Associate, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Sohi.

Holiday Inn Express East Indianapolis is located at 7035 Western Select Drive in Indianapolis. Built in 1999, this Upper Midscale Hospitality Property sits on a 1.51 Acre lot in the heart of East Indianapolis. The Property will undergo full renovations in accordance to IHG’s current Formula Blue Package in the coming months.
