Marcus & Millichap brokers sale of 90-unit multifamily property in De Pere

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Crow’s Nest Apartments, a 90-unit multifamily property in De Pere, Wisconsin. 

Blake Hanlon and Mark Peltin both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, and procured the buyer, the MLG Legacy Fund.  

Crow’s Nest Apartments is located at 985 N. Broadway in a neighborhood along the Fox River. Built in 1972, the property sits on 6.29 acres and includes a 90-unit building with a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Amenities include an indoor pool and sauna, resident lounge, updated laundry facilities and 96 underground parking spaces.
