Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a 96-room Country Inn & Suites hotel property in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
Jon Ruzicka, Joseph Ferguson and Reed Gizinski, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. Ruzicka procured the buyer.
The Country Inn & Suites is situated on 4.79 acres at 925 Western Ave. Built in 1971 and extensively renovated in 2018 following its conversion to the Country Inn & Suites brand, the two-story hotel is directly connected to the city-owned Bigwood Event Center, the area’s largest convention and meeting facility. The hotel features a Minnesota-shaped indoor pool, along with amenities including a dining area, fitness center and business center.
