Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of the 99-room Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Jon Ruzicka, Joseph Ferguson, Eric Wagner, Jake Erickson and Jared Plamann, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis and Milwaukee offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.

The four-story hotel, located at 200 W. Grange Ave., sits on 1.56 acres and has been institutionally owned and meticulously maintained for more than 40 years. The upcoming multimillion-dollar air cargo facility at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport, set for completion in 2026, is expected to boost demand for the property, reinforcing its long-term value and the city’s growing connectivity.
