Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a net-leased Heartland Dental office property in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. The property sold for $4.3 million.
Zack House, Alex Frankel, Mark Ruble and Chris Lind, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Phoenix offices, in association with Todd Lindblom, Marcus & Millichap’s Wisconsin broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Delaware limited liability company, and procured the buyer, a California corporation.
The newly constructed Heartland Dental property is situated on 1.11 acres at 1459 Capitol Dr. The 5,200-square-foot property is secured by a new 12-year absolute triple-net lease with a corporate guaranty. It is in a busy retail corridor, surrounded by national retailers including Costco, Walmart, Menards and Planet Fitness.
