Marcus & Millichap facilitated the sale of an eight-unit apartment property located in Crystal Lake, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Andrean Angelov, first vice president investments, Ryan D. Engle, senior vice president investments and Timothy B. Stephenson Jr., an associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, represented the seller and the buyer, both private investors.
The property is located at 234 & 235 Evergreen Parkway in Crystal Lake. Each building is comprised of four two-bedroom/one-bathroom units measuring at approximately 800 square feet each. The property features ample off-street parking and an on-site laundry facility in each building. The buildings are positioned between West Terra Cotta Avenue and West Woodstock Street on Evergreen Parkway. Downtown Crystal Lake is approximately one mile southeast.
