Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of Stonegate Plaza, a five-suite retail strip in Omaha, Nebraska, for $2.4 million.
Austin Sweet, Chris Garavaglia and Alex Perez, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s St. Louis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a North Dakota-based investment group.
Stonegate Plaza is a 13,648-square-foot, fully leased retail center anchored by Sherwin Williams, which has occupied the property for more than 20 years. Located on North 120th Street with traffic counts exceeding 20,000 vehicles per day, the center features a stable, service-oriented tenant mix.
