Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Stor-A-Way Muncie, a self-storage facility in Muncie, Indiana.

Jeffrey Herrmann, senior associate, and Sean Delaney, senior managing director, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company based in Marion, Indiana.

The buyer, a Chicagoland-based limited liability company, was secured and represented by Herrmann and Delaney. Josh Caruana, Indiana Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.

Stor-A-Way Muncie is located in a high-growth Indiana market at 206 W. Ontario Drive in Muncie. The property is fenced and gated with security cameras, and the facility features a rental kiosk and 171 non-climate-controlled units across 26,594 rentable square feet, with potential for expansion and climate-control implementation.
