Sulo procured the buyer, an institutional client.
The 15,274-square-foot property is situated on 1.83 acres at 48900 12 Mile Road. Built in 2020, the asset is leased to Range USA, the largest firearms educator in the world, with more than 18 years remaining on an absolute net lease. The property backs up to Interstate 96, which sees traffic counts exceeding 129,000 vehicles per day.
