SSA fully occupies the 9,558-square-foot office building located at 1070 Vendall Road in Dyersburg, Tennessee. The property sold for $1.42 million.

The agents previously represented both seller and buyer in the sales of this asset in 2021, subsequently representing the new owner as the Seller in this transaction. The team’s marketing efforts generated five bids from across the country and ultimately secured an out-of-state buyer. The property is a single-tenant office for the Social Security Administration which renewed a new five-year lease in 2023 with a five-year option to extend. It was a 2003 built-to-suit for The Social Security Administration and later renovated in 2013.
