Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of an industrial corporate portfolio of three properties in Ohio and Michigan.
The assets were 100% leased at the time of sale to WW Williams, a truck and diesel engine maintenance and repair company. The assets sold for $10.25 million.
Alex Frankel, Chris Lind and Mark Ruble, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Phoenix offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, also a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Frankel, Lind and Ruble. Steve Chaben, Michigan broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction.
The portfolio is made up of properties at 4545 Industrial Parkway in Cleveland; 4000-4100 Stecker St. in Dearborn, Michigan; and 1176 Industrial Parkway in Brunswick, Ohio.
