Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of two newly constructed Sherwin-Williams properties in Texas totaling nearly 9,000 square feet in the Austin and San Antonio metropolitan areas.

Mark Ruble, Chris Lind and Zack House of Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office represented the seller, a North Carolina limited liability company, in both transactions. The Jarrell property was acquired by a Texas limited liability company with new financing, while the Helotes property was acquired by a Florida limited liability company in an all-cash transaction.

The transactions included newly constructed Sherwin-Williams stores at 547 Town Center Blvd. in Jarrell and 12716 FM 1560 in Helotes. The Jarrell property contains 4,500 square feet, while the Helotes property contains 4,455 square feet. Both stores were completed in 2026 and are leased to Sherwin-Williams under new 10-year leases featuring 10% rental increases every five years and multiple renewal options. Founded in 1866, Sherwin-Williams is a Fortune 500 company and global manufacturer, distributor and retailer of paint, coatings and related products.
