Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. has named Chicago-based Dean Giannakopoulos to its list of top 10 loan originators for 2015.
Giannakopoulos is a senior director of MMCC & IPA Capital Markets. He joined the firm in 2011 and has more than 10 years of CRE finance experience.
According to the firm, Giannakopulos has ranked as one of the top 10 loan originators in the firm for the past four consecutive years.
He specializes in securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types, including: multifamily, retail (single-tenant net-lease and multi-tenant), office, industrial, seniors housing and hospitality.
