Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), a leading provider of commercial real estate capital markets financing solutions, announced that it has arranged financing of approximately $2.07 million on behalf of a self-storage operator.
The loan, provided by a CMBS lender, is for a term of 10 years with full interest only. This transaction represents the borrowers first self-storage investment. Doug Brooks of MMCC’s Columbus office stated, “we had numerous and very competitive CMBS quotes but ultimately the 10 year interest only loan was most attractive to our client.”
