Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation arranged $4 million in financing for a 19,000-square-foot office and retail property at 5100 Main St. in Downers Grove, Illinois.
Dean Giannakopoulos, senior managing director in MMCC’s Chicago office, secured the financing with a regional lender on behalf of a private client. The loan features high leverage, flexible prepayment and a 5.95% interest rate.
The property’s ground floor is tenanted by Peet’s Coffee and Duly Health, with additional office space on the building’s upper floors. It is located directly across from the Metra Station and offers on-site parking.
