Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation arranged $3.3 million in financing for the acquisition of Hubbard Oaks, a 60-unit multifamily property at 192-200 Hubbard Avenue in Mount Clemens, Michigan.
Luke Lamoreaux, associate director in MMCC’s Detroit office, secured the 5-year, fixed-rate loan with a local bank on behalf of a private client.
The property is located 25 miles north of Detroit and features a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, offering amenities including laundry facilities and on-site management and maintenance.
