Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation has arranged $1.5 million in acquisition financing for a 10,113-square-foot triple-net lease CVS at 3499 Clime Road in Columbus, Ohio.
The financing was exclusively arranged by MMCC’s Robert Noeldechen, vice president in Marcus and Millichap’s New Haven office.
The loan is structured with a 10-year term, an LTV of 75 percent and an interest rate of 3.42 percent.
