DTF Properties, LLC, a limited liablity company based out of Idaho, paid $1.6 million for the Dollar General store at 3640 N. Mitthoefer Road in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Senior Vice President Jordan Klink and Associate David Klink of Marcus & Millichap’s The Klink Group were retained as exclusive advisor to market the property on behalf of the seller, Mark and Rachel Zilberberg Living Trust, private investors based out of California. The buyer was represented by Clark Feitag of CF Commercial Real Estate Services.
This Dollar General was built in 2014 and sits on 1.35 acres near the intersection of North Mitthoefer Road and 38th Street, which experiences car counts of approximately 45,000 vehicles-per-day. The property’s location also benefits from being surrounded by 12 million square feet of industrial/flex/warehouse space and is in close proximity to the Interstate 465 beltway, the main interstate that encircles downtown Indianapolis.
