Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of Dunn Bros. Coffee, a 3,000-square-foot net-leased property in Minneapolis. The property sold for $1.09 million.
Stan Johnson Company had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was represented by AJ Prins, Cory Villaume, Matthew Hazelton and Sean Doyle of the Northstar Retail Group of Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office.
Dunn Bros. Coffee is located at 201 3rd Ave. S in Minneapolis.
