Bardsbridge Baceline, LLC, a Colorado-based limited liability company, paid $1.475 million for Bardstown Center, a retail center at 9601 Newbridge Road in Louisville, Kentucky.
Senior vice president Jordan Klink and Benjamin Sullivan of Marcus & Millichap’s The Klink Group helped facilitate the off-market transaction with a private Kentucky-based seller.
Bardstown Center consists of 14,350 square feet and is located along Bardstown Road just south of South Hurstbourne Parkway.
The property is fully-occupied and anchored by Hometown Pizza, a family-owned and -operated pizza restaurant that has 15 locations and has been serving the Louisville community for more than 30 years. The remainder of the strip center is occupied by local retailers and professional service providers.
