Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of an $11.1 million daycare portfolio across Iowa and Oklahoma.
The properties are:
KinderCare – West Des Moines, Iowa, for $5.45 million
KinderCare – Edmond, Oklahoma, for $5.65 million
Dominic Sulo, senior vice president investments of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listings to market the properties on behalf of the seller, a Michigan-based limited liability company.
Jon Ruzicka, Iowa Broker of Record, and Steve Greer, Oklahoma Broker of Record, assisted in closing the transactions.
