Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of a 5,146-square-foot retail property in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Tenants include Aspen Dental and The Good Feet Store.
The center sold for more than $2.8 million.
A New York-based 1031 exchange buyer was represented by Dominic Sulo and Chad Lieber, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Broker Bradley Barham assisted in closing this transaction as the broker of record in Missouri.
The shopping center is located at 1680 NW Chipman Road in Lee’s Summit.
