Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a net-leased Walgreens property in Austintown, Ohio, for $3,247,367.
Ben Shapiro, Sean Sharko and Austin Weisenbeck of the Sharko | Weisenbeck | Mendoza Group from Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, in association with Michael Glass, Marcus & Millichap’s Ohio broker of record, procured the buyer, a private local investor.
The 14,490-square-foot Walgreens is located at 5501 Mahoning Ave. Built in 2002, the property has operated as a Walgreens for more than 23 years and sits on 1.69 acres within a retail corridor alongside several national retailers.
