Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Tractor Supply, a 19,097-square-foot net-leased property in Sunbury, Ohio. The asset sold for more than $3.3 million.

Brett Winger, associate, and Dominic Sulo, first vice president investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.

The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Andrean Angelov, Brett Winger, Dominic Sulo, Ryan D. Engle and Timothy B. Stephenson Jr., investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Michael Glass assisted in closing this transaction as the broker of record in Ohio.

Tractor Supply is located at 9945 State Route 37 in Sunbury, OH. The property is brand new construction and was the fourth Tractor Supply related closing for the Sulo Team in the last year.
