Dan Yozwiak and John Reehil, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Yozwiak and Reehil.
S&T Bank is located at 4599 Cemetery Rd in Hilliard. The property is 2019 build-to-suit construction for S&T Bank with a 24-hour ATM. This location was strategically chosen to serve as the bank’s Central Ohio regional headquarters.
